Self-Realization Realization of the Self or Self-Actualization

Bart’s spiritual awakening occurred in 1984 when he received shaktipat diksha - the inner unfolding of awareness that leads to progressively higher states of Consciousness.
Bart continued his commitment as a Deep Trance Channeller and spiritual teacher all over the world. His devotion to his own meditation and spiritual practices continued during the next 40 years as he devoted himself even more to his spiritual evolution.
On January 6, 2020, after a week-long inner journey culminating in the death of his ego identity, the unfolding of Self-Realization occurred and he realized his true soul identity. He also calls it the Realization of the Self or Self-Actualization.
Self-Realization involves letting go of many of the things that are associated with one's individual identity in order to find the true Self (soul), which is eternal and unchanging. It is the difference between identifying with the ego identity and identifying with the Soul identity. The answer lies in understanding that you are not your emotions or your thoughts. Who you really are is not even your body or your mind. These are all things you experience as an ego experience, but they are not you. Ego death is a "complete loss of subjective self-identity". Bart reminds us we are just Love and Light and everything else is just an illusion. There is no where to go, there is nothing to do - just LOVE.
On May 5, 2021, Bart was grandfathered as a shaman by the Institute of Complementary Medicines which is recognized by the Mexican Government. The shamans who interviewed Bart recognized and acknowledged his contribution as a Deep Trance Channeller for 40 years, his in-depth knowledge of inner states of Consciousness, and his unique approach to the plant medicine ceremonies. Bart doesn't identify himself as a shaman rather he says: I'm just Love.

Dr. Williams is a spiritual entity brought forward through deep trance channelling. He is Bart’s spiritual twin and oversoul. He is pure consciousness and pure LOVE. He offers a new perspective and reminds us of possibilities as he teaches the nature of reality and the natural laws of the universe. These teachings impact our choices and decisions about our life.
Dr. Williams does not seek approval or recognition, but has dedicated himself to the evolution of humanity. He does not consider himself a guru. He asserts that the purpose of human birth and the goal of all of life is to merge into the Absolute. The aim of his journey is to end suffering and lead us to an understanding of our own divinity and greatest potential by answering our personal questions about our lives.
In his own words, he “breaks down complexity into simplicity and brings a person from a state of doing into one of Being, offering constructive guidance for our personal development.”
