I wish I could somehow put into words the profound changes that happened to me during the intensive (singing aside), but they are too subtle to be 'caught' in the web of words... the tiny subtleties keep building on each other, and I catch each one's whisper and rejoice, but words can only really capture them after enough of the tiny subtleties have built upon each other until one day we look at ourselves in the mirror and realize we are very different than we once were. The ocean of the 'self' is magnificent... but so is each tiny drop that makes it up, if we are aware enough to glimpse each one sparkle just before it merges.
