It’s a very interesting time in history. Coming to the table with absolutely nothing is unimaginable for most of you. It does not mean coming to a meeting unprepared, it just means you don’t need to know the answer. You don’t need to know what is next. And you actually have nothing to say when somebody has just thrown up on you verbally - you have absolutely no comment.

Most of you have been processing energy and emotions for everybody in your life. And now, all of a sudden, the universe is saying: thank you so much for doing all of that; you are now fired! So, all of your neurotic behavior of sensing, feeling, taking care of, taking on and processing other people’s emotions, knowing what they need…all of a sudden you’re asking to come to the table with total silence. One part of your brain goes: are you kidding me? I have developed all these layers, senses, habits of taking care of and doing everything energetically, now you want me to give it all up? Like what kind of cruel joke is that? I spent 30 years trying to develop all these layers so that I am in control and now the energy’s changing.

Prayer from Dr Williams’ lecture

May my mind and my heart dance in unity.

May love rise above all other experiences in my life.

May I welcome silence—the unknown.

May I trust the process of uncertainty.

May the deepest ability of mine to love, to love well, to love deeply, to love fully, come to the surface.

The kundalini is going through a change that is really interesting for me (Dr. Williams) to watch. The kundalini is changing and growing - it’s actually shifting. When I see Guru’s, they begin to go through another awakening that the kundalini goes through, which we call crystallization. We become crystal light, crystal energy. Sounds crazy. It just means you become light. As that begins to pour into your life, you might not like everything you have previously worked for and liked and loved. There are people who work toward these really big, big, big, big houses and then they wake up and go: oh, god! I don’t want this. Because as we begin to crystalize, we begin to really follow the virtues and needs of the spiritual heart instead of the personality that created it all.

So when I tell you you are pure light, think about it before you speak, and tell me what that actually means. Anybody. Consciousness. So, Consciousness is light? Yes. Hummm. So how does the brain perceive Consciousness? Through light, or is this a new thing? Like the projection on a movie screen. Aren’t you clever.

The brain has never been exposed to light; it doesn’t know what light is. You see with the visual cortex. Are we seeing light with our brain or our third eye? We’re seeing with our third eye. The reality is, are you beginning to tap into different layers and fields of energy? Yes. But you’re also beginning to see the light.

There is a great, wonderful, Sufi poem and it basically says there are a thousand reflections of yourself that you create and are identified with every day. There are a thousand reflections that you have identified with and become attached to. You’re actually stuck in a rut. There is a part of you that is really aware of your projections and what you’re really looking for and so now we’re moving beyond the 1000 projections of who and what we think we are, to who we believe we should be. The 1000 projections includes food, emotions, perceptions, ideologies, demands, expectations, you name it. We have a pot of 1000 demands of highs, lows, and disappointments that we create every hour.

When you go on your journey, you need to leave all these reflections behind. Do you want to become self-realized or a slave to all of your reflections? Hummmmmm, let me think about it. Cappuccino, double espresso…nope! Self-realization. Do you choose to be the reflections…think about this very clearly…it’s not just a general question. Do you want to be the images and reflections, or do you want to become self-realized?
