Hi Bart, it is with deep gratitude that I send this message. Being able to teach Kundalini Yoga as well as participate in the Meditation Intensive 2006, was such an extraordinary experience for me. You are a gifted teacher. It was a perfect blend of teachings, meditation and relaxation. Being in Puerto Vallarta and being able to swim in the ocean between the morning and afternoon sessions was the perfect way to integrate the teachings. I am a changed person from this experience. I look forward to being part of the 2007 intensive.
